Founding Roots
The Origin
SPOT is built by NEG-FIRE and Insighte Childcare Private Limited — two organisations that have spent years working in inclusive education across India.
That history is the reason SPOT exists. We had spent long enough inside mainstream schools to know what happens to a child the system isn't designed for. SPOT is what we built instead.
Who We Are
We are a team of educators, facilitators, researchers, and parents who built SPOT to make children love learning.
Every learner at SPOT works with educators and mentors who know them — not a rotating cast of subject teachers managing a crowd. When something isn't working, there are adults in the building who can actually do something about it.

We believe most children are not the problem. The school design is. When an environment demands conformity over curiosity, brilliant minds get mislabeled.
Mismatched, Not Broken
A child who can't sit still for six hours isn't broken — they're a child. A teen who knows astrophysics but struggles with exam wording isn't behind — they're mismatched.

SPOT starts from what a child CAN do. We build their personalised learning plan around it, designing their day around their actual interests, strengths, and pace.

This is not soft education. Our learners graduate with recognized board qualifications — IGCSE Pearson Edexcel or NIOS — and real portfolios of created work.
